All certificate purchases are for custom digital goods. Once personalized, they are non-refundable except in cases of error on our part. A preview is available before checkout. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all submitted information. After purchase, a final digital certificate will be generated and available for download. Physical printing is handled by PetStarts.com and includes a raised seal and glitter card stock unless otherwise noted.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through trusted processors including Stripe and PayPal. Sales tax and shipping fees may apply where applicable and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PetStarts.com — including text, images, logos, designs, and generated certificates — is the property of PetStarts or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site without permission.

6. User Submissions

When you submit data (e.g., pet names, certificate customization), you grant PetStarts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and showcasing anonymized samples (e.g., “Koda B. from Dallas, TX”).

7. Disclaimers

PetStarts.com provides commemorative products and does not issue official legal documents such as government-issued pet registrations or medical records. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or legality of how our certificates may be used beyond their intended commemorative purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetStarts and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if we believe you’ve violated these Terms. You may also stop using the site at any time.
