At PetStarts.com, we take pride in providing beautifully crafted, customized pet certificates made just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific return policy outlined below:
1. Custom Digital Products
All of our certificates are customized based on the information you provide. Because each order is made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital or printed certificates unless there is a defect or error caused by us.
2. Review Before Purchase
We provide a live preview of your certificate during customization. It is your responsibility to review all details, including spelling, formatting, and selections, before submitting your order.
3. Corrections & Mistakes
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@petstarts.com. If your certificate has not yet been finalized or printed, we may be able to correct the error at no charge.
If we made a mistake (e.g., incorrect formatting, wrong certificate design, or print issue), we will correct the error and reissue your digital or printed certificate at no additional cost.
4. Damaged Physical Certificates
If your printed certificate arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to support@petstarts.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly reprint and reship your order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if work has not yet begun on the customization or printing process. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
