At PetStarts.com, we ship all printed certificates with care to ensure they arrive safe and sound. Below is our official shipping policy:
1. Shipping Carrier
We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments. This allows us to provide reliable service across all 50 states and U.S. territories.
2. Processing Time
All printed certificate orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. During peak periods or promotions, processing time may be extended slightly.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or does not arrive, please first check the tracking number sent via email. If you still need assistance, contact us at petstarts@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue with USPS.
6. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging for USPS claims and will gladly reprint and reship your certificate as needed.
